Drew has a message to the developers of the "Unreal" game engine. Drew had to fly again, and it wasn't great. Paul says goodbye (for now?) to his cellular internet backup, but it wasn't his choice. Paul talks about the new "Lord of Hatred" expansion for "Diablo 4." The boys LOVE Claude Code, but Drew has been cheating on him with a different tool. Drew finds a new graphing calculator but Paul has concerns about the design.
Drew was overstimulated today. Paul is playing the new video game "Pragmata." Paul finds a new table top role playing game to play... and how he found it is just as interesting as the game itself. Drew and Paul respond to a listener question on the air. Drew buys a new new spotting scope (and accessories).
Paul has been sick all week. Drew gets his house filled with foam. Paul is caught up on some shows. Drew doesn't just want a gaming chair, he was a GAMING CHAIR. Drew gives an update on his coffee brewing situation, and Paul has advice for him.
Drew broke Linux, and is mad at his 3D Printer. Paul shares some exciting news about the Podcast. Drew sends his car in for a spa day, and Paul has some thoughts on the current season of Diablo 4. Drew wraps up by sharing his frustration with his HOA.
Paul starts out by talking about getting his haircut. Paul told Drew something so special last week after recording, that they had to talk about it this week: Paul is going to a "Buffy" convention and Drew wants to learn more. Drew asks Paul how he dries his filament. Paul buys a new smart lock and Drew gets mad about the numbers. Finally, the boys discuss the new Mac laptop lineups (hint: they're excited).
It's a Drew-heavy episode as he details some recent "upgrades" around the house. First, the boys visit the ol' Drew's Computer Corner for a new "build" update, and Drew talks about some of the new tools and workflows he's experimenting with. But it turns out, that's not the only thing Drew brought home this week. Paul's psychic: his Eero Signal saves the day. Paul doesn't love Drew anymore and is playing games with other people, oh and also, a game called "Earthborne Rangers."
This week, Paul is drinking bottled water for the foreseeable future, and Drew just wants to be like Paul in more than one way, and talks about his new 3D printer, and how he also used Claude to build something (but not as ambitious or useful). Paul considers the Riverside experiment a success and looks to migrate the podcast over to it completely. Drew starts watching a "new" show. Paul tries out a new internet redundancy device.
Paul gets left out of a campus visit. Drew is still enjoying Meshtastic and is constantly finding new nodes. Drew gives an update on his home heating (or lack thereof) situation. Paul wants to start a business. Drew tries out a new VR headset.
