It's Halloween time, and the boys talk candy a bit before Paul gives an update about his son. Drew went to Boston. Paul has more hipster browser news that is now very interesting to Drew (finally). Drew is playing this year's "Call of Duty" game which has a very interesting "business model", but got distracted by a Lego catalog. Paul quizzes Drew on which new Mac he bought.
256: I'm sure they do parades
It's that special time of year again where Paul goes to the Pumpkin Festival and eats a lot of stuff. Drew buys a new microphone(s). Drew asks Paul about repairing his own MacBook Pro. Drew gets upsold on a flight. Paul recommends "The Penguin" on Max.
255: I'm sure the moments are the only small things
Paul wants to know: is his favorite podcast app bad now, and Drew isn't sure but probably agrees. Paul gives an ode to the 9th generation iPad, and what made (and makes) it great still. Drew embraces the machine to solve a problem. The boys try to tackle a thorny question: how many friends is enough friends?
254: I'm sure it's a pain in their pants
Paul gets his new iPhone, and then, oh by the way, buys his car. Drew gets his Raspberry Pi 5, and makes a purchasing error. Drew needs ad blocking recommendations.
253: I'm sure they'll shove a battery in the butt
Surprising no one, Drew embarrasses himself again. Paul send Drew a concerning email. Paul is really, really enjoying "The Wire." Drew buys a drone, and then decides to change up his coffee game. Paul schools Drew in the new Apple products due out soon.
252: I'm sure the cheese is too far gone
It's another one of "those" podcasts: Drew's on the road, Paul has to do all the work, and Erik Darling drops by again to solve a tricky problem: how do you let the haters know you still love them no matter what?

Paul needs to go car shopping, and Drew's done his homework to talk about some of his options. Drew finds a new kind of "Nerds" candy. Drew says goodbye to his special boy.
250: I'm sure it's business, always business
Drew kicks off the show reading a very interesting letter he received. Paul and Drew are excited to try the new "DREDGE" DLC, and Drew picks up "Cult of the Lamb" finally. The boys finished up their legacy game of "Ticket to Ride: Legends of the West" with their friends and share their thoughts. Drew recaps his shooting competition. Paul finished season 2 of "The Wire." Drew makes another important financial decision, and evolves in the process.
249: I'm sure they're a little bulge-y
Drew gets a late start due to a local festival. Paul follows-up on his ROG Ally X, including a case and a long journey that doesn't end where you think it does. Drew talks more about Intel. Drew tries to convince Paul to play "No Man's Sky" again after all the massive updates it's gotten over the years. Paul recommends a new "Batman" show, and Drew watched an interesting documentary on Netflix.
248: I'm sure they squeak when they get pushed down
Paul gets his new toys and tells Drew all about the ROG Ally X. Drew has some advice to anyone looking to upgrade their computers in the near future. Drew gets a forgotten Kickstarter package (again) and is in the market for a cheap non-iOS tablet and needs Paul's help in choosing.
