I'm sure they're doing their best

135: I'm sure they'll make the right call

February 14, 2022

Drew gets tapped for some computer troubleshooting, and finds himself making more and more interesting decisions and recommendations. The boys talk video games: Paul is not quite as sus about the Activision/Microsoft marriage, Drew is excited for "The Witch Queen" expansion, Paul is ready for the new "Horizon" game, and, for the last time for the foreseeable future on the podcast, Paul wraps up "Mass Effect 3" and shares his final thoughts.

134: I'm sure they have a ritual

February 7, 2022

Drew provides a time-sensitive update on how he uses the bathroom, and he still doesn't have COVID. Drew gets a new TV and Paul has his eye on a new one as well. The boys talk about another big name video game development studio this week. Drew attempts to recommend a new game to Paul. Paul gives his (now weekly) "Mass Effect" update now that he's started the final chapter. Paul hopes he doesn't lose power.

133: I'm sure they're not a gimmick

January 31, 2022

Drew announces that he doesn't have COVID, and invents a new home remedy* in the form of a cocktail. Then, between coughing fits he talks about what happens when someone forgets a managed device's (aka his Mac) password. Paul finds some new HEADPHONES. The "Thunder Road: Vendetta" Kickstarter returns to the podcast discussion. Finally, then boys talk more "Mass Effect 2" and Paul's progress.

*Note: please do not drink this remedy

132: I'm sure they're sitting on it wrong

January 24, 2022

Drew wants to know what's wrong with his butt. The boys talk about what they miss about being in an office, and discuss "virtual whiteboards" and stumble upon a unique in-home-office opportunity. Microsoft buys Activision, and 50% of the hosts like this decision. Paul finishes "Mass Effect" and wants to talk about it with heavy spoilers as he treks into "Mass Effect 2."

131: I'm sure they have favorite bugs

January 18, 2022

Drew's Computer Corner makes a (unexpected) return at the start of the show. Paul keeps struggling to enjoy streaming music with his HomePods Mini. Drew talks up the "Mass Effect" games to Paul, who just started playing Mass Effect 1 (again).

130: I'm sure they're sorry about the hum

January 10, 2022

Drew gets a lesson in AirPod management. Paul gets his COVID booster shot, while Drew struggles with websites. Paul comes in with a lot of media reviews of what he's been watching, and Drew gives a big thumbs-up to "The Crown."

129: I'm sure they'll weigh everything

January 3, 2022

Drew gets a new microphone (does anyone notice?) and Paul gets more fussy about his coffee with some new coffee gadgets. Paul gives an update on his son's "Destiny 2" playtime, and Drew had a birthday where he played some board games again. The boys talk about some video games (again).

128: I'm sure they're bottom boys

December 27, 2021

Drew asks Paul for some follow-up for Dicey Dungeons. The boys engage in merrymaking and gift giving for a third year. The conversation then turns to a quick "year in review" talk (that they'll revisit before the last show of the year). Drew talks about "Ready or Not" and some... problematic game development?

127: I'm sure they'll grapple all the hooks

December 20, 2021

The boys talk a lot about video games: Paul is enjoying "Halo Infinite" and Drew... likes "Dicey Dungeons" more. The boys review "The Video Game Awards" and talk about their best/favorite games of the year. Drew needs Paul's help optimizing his digital reading experience.

126: I'm sure they'll grab and pull it

December 13, 2021

Drew recaps his trip to Vegas and his unmedicated flights. Paul tells Drew about Spotify lyrics, which begs the question: where DO these lyrics come from? Kickstarter is using the blockchain and the boys have no idea why. Paul explains Math Rock/Math Core to Drew.
